Despite all that mankind has achieved, we're still so vulnerable and helpless when Mother Nature unleashes her fury.
I really really hope this storm blows over soon. Even though I'm not heading to Europe but if it worsens or wind conditions cause the volcanic ash cloud to move, I'm afraid it could disrupt travel plans.
FINALLY... some progress in my holiday plans.
I suppose it's a compromise of sorts so I'm happy. I'm satisfied, yes.
Oh, and I guess where I'm heading is SORT OF in Europe; it straddles Europe and Asia. Really close to Greece, which is one of my ideal travel destinations.
It's something different (marketed as one of those exotic locations) and like I said earlier, a result of compromise.
I wasted another day doing zilch. Really hoping that the pressure will get to me.
