I know right, I surprise myself too that I ACTUALLY WATCHED THE WORLD CUP!
I did catch a couple of matches during the weekend with my dad and (great!) there were actually goals though early ones! (meaning the rest of the match was like... a dud)
So last night I caught the POR-CIR one by myself :D

Cristiano Ronaldo had an excellent shot on goal which unfortunately met the post instead. If it had gone in, it would have been a really spectacular goal. Too bad. Both sides were strong. And prone to drama. No contact and players go down feigning pain; yea, pain from like tripping over their own feet.
And Ronaldo got an early yellow card! LIKE, what is with that! Totally retarded being carded at the group stage. 1st game. I think Ivory Coast needs work on their goal shots. They managed to get so near the goal but just couldn't score! What were the Portuguese defenders doing??
I googled the match result for Brazil-North Korea : 2-1.
Brazil is definitely advancing so that leaves the other spot for the next worthy team. Who will it be?
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Portugal makes it.
North Korea actually managed a goal against Brazil. o_O
Looking forward to the next matches though tonight's... I don't think I'll watch them. There's SATC on HBO! The series, not the movie. *prays for extended cable*
